Our maintenance packages are solely for businesses who are looking to have a bit of everything from fixes, to some development time and guaranteed security and peace of mind when it comes to their website. How do we contact you in an emergency?
We have a ticketing system that you’ll be given access to upon registering for a plan. You can submit tickets through our live chat that you can see in the bottom right hand corner of our website, or alternatively submit an email to
support@seventhculture.com.
Once received, we may have to ask some questions in order to triage the issue, then we will go ahead and fix it!
How does billing work?
All of our packages come as subscriptions. Once you have registered you will be billed through Memberful. This will be debited from your bank account each month. You can cancel at any time. If you have any problems cancelling, please contact us and we will assist.
